Assumpta Dog & Cat Clinic was owned by Dr. Oscar O. Macenas and has started in his humble beginning. He started in year 1986 with zero capital and after 4 years of his practice of his profession, he opened his first clinic at Bermudez Bldg., Circumferential Road, Marville Park Subdivision Antipolo City. Now, he owned three branches in different places.
